All orders are carefully dispatched in protective packaging and sent by Royal Mail with insurance is provided through their Recorded and Special Delivery Services as appropriate to the value of the order. We can only deliver to destinations within the UK.

Usual delivery time 1-2 days.

Lost Damaged or Late Packages

Although we make every effort to ensure that you order arrives promptly and in good condition, problems do occasionally arrive. If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please contact us. We will then track your parcel through the Royal Mail system. All orders are carefully despatched in protective packaging and sent by Royal Mail with insurance is provided through their Recorded and Special Delivery Services as appropriate to the value of the order, with whom the responsibility for packages remains during transit.

Returns & Cancellation

Return of Unwanted Goods - Our satisfaction guarantee. We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund. You do not even need to tell us why if you do not want to. Refunds will be made within 30 days.

For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns of unwanted earrings.

Unwanted goods must be returned to us, in their original condition and with their original packaging and presentation boxes, within 14 days. Where goods are not returned in this time we reserve the right to arrange collection at cost to the customer.

If you would like to return unwanted goods please ensure that you contact us on 08456 432 342 by e-mailing us at prior to sending them back. We also strongly recommend that returned goods are sent using either Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery services with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods

Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund. A customer service representative will discuss arrangements for return of the damaged goods and issuing a replacement or refund with you. If you would like to return damaged or faulty goods please ensure that you contact us on 08456 432 342 or by e-mailing us at prior to sending them back. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
