Lost Damaged or Late PackagesAlthough we make every effort to ensure that you order arrives promptly and in good condition, problems do occasionally arrive. If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, please contact us. We will then track your parcel through the Royal Mail system. Returns & CancellationReturn of Unwanted Goods - Our satisfaction guarantee. We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund. You do not even need to tell us why if you do not want to. Refunds will be made within 30 days. For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns of unwanted earrings. Unwanted goods must be returned to us, in their original condition and with their original packaging and presentation boxes, within 14 days. Where goods are not returned in this time we reserve the right to arrange collection at cost to the customer. We also strongly recommend that returned goods are sent using either Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery services with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us. Return of Damaged or Faulty GoodsWhilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund. A customer service representative will discuss arrangements for return of the damaged goods and issuing a replacement or refund with you.
